Medical Emergency Slows BART Trains Saturday

Breaking: The delay affects the San Francisco line heading in numerous directions.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A medical emergency at the 16th Street Mission BART station is causing a major delay Saturday afternoon. BART first reported the delay at about 3:30 p.m. and said it is affecting the San Francisco line in the Pittsburg/Bay Point and Dublin Pleasanton directions.

About ten minutes later, BART announced that the delay is also affecting trains heading in the Richmond, SFO, Millbrae and Daly City directions.
