Police Seek Suspect Info Following Burglary and Attempted Burglary in San Bruno
By Bay City News Service:

Police are seeking the public's assistance in finding the suspects who burglarized one residence and attempted to burglarize a second residence in San Bruno on Thursday.

Shortly after 1 p.m. on Thursday, officers from the San Bruno Police Department responded to the 2100 block of Rollingwood Drive near Sneath Lane on a report of a residential burglary, police said.

The resident told arriving officers that he had left his house in the morning and returned shortly after 1 p.m. When the resident entered his home, he found that the house had been burglarized.

Around 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of an attempted burglary at a residence in the 100 block of Cypress Avenue near San Felipe Avenue. The resident told police that a rear sliding glass door had pry marks on it, but that the suspects were unable to gain entry into the residence, police said.

Anyone with information related to these crimes is encouraged to call the San Bruno Police Department at (650) 616-7100 or anonymously email sbpdtipline@sanbruno.ca.gov.

Police are advising residents to be alert and report any suspicious activity on neighboring property to help deter potential burglaries.
