Deputies Detain Underage Drunk

These are selected reports from the San Juan Capistrano Police Dispatch Services log throughout the past few days. The calls represent what was told to a sheriff's deputy in the field by the radio dispatcher. No presumption of criminal guilt or affiliation should be drawn from the information provided.

At 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 26400 block of Calle San Francisco. The informant was reportedly disturbed by loud music coming from a party. Deputies responded and advised the party of the complaint. 

At 4:22 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Via De Agua-Camino Las Ramblas intersection. The report stated that two minors were causing a disturbance with a vehicle in an empty lot. 

At 12:34 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were dispatched to assist an outside agency on Camino Capistrano at the I-5 Freeway. The report stated that a light pole had fallen down and was blocking lanes on the southbound freeway offramp.

At 10:11 p.m. Monday, deputies detained a subject for brandishing a weapon in the 26500 block of Paseo Santa Clara. The report did not state what kind of weapon the subject had. 

At 8:47 p.m. Monday, deputies arrested a 21-year-old woman in the 25500 block of Calle Jardin. The report stated the woman was taken into custody on account of having a warrant out for her arrest. There was no posted bail amount.

At 6:57 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a drunk in public in the 32200 block of Del Obispo. Deputies took into custody a drunk minor who was eventually released to the parents.
