East Bay Congressman Appointed to House Democratic Steering, Policy Committee

U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell (CA-15) Tuesday was appointed by Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi to the House Democratic Steering & Policy Committee for the 114th Congress. The Steering & Policy Committee sets the Democratic policy agenda and nominates Democratic Members for committee assignments.

“I’m honored and humbled to be selected by Leader Pelosi to join the Democratic Steering & Policy Committee,” said Swalwell. “As a member of the next generation of our caucus, I look forward to working in a collaborative way to promote the policies that will lift up all Americans.”
