Twenty-five dollars might sound expensive for a one-person dinner, but when you consider the possibility of a multi-course meal at some of the best places that the county has to offer, that's what you call a deal. Actually, that's what you call Santa Cruz Restaurant Week.
From Oct. 3-10, 33 restaurants from Davenport to Watsonville will show off their fare with three-course prix fixe menus demonstrating the highlights of their offerings from appetizers to entrees to desserts. At least three options per course will be provided at each restaurant.
