Crossings Restaurant Owner Announces Executive Chef
Crossings will be located in the historic Edwards & Faw building, located at 1010 Mission Street, and is slated to open in late summer. The two-story restaurant will feature a patio shaded by a 100-year-old oak tree.
Kirchen has worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 20 years for some of Southern California’s most successful and iconic establishments, according to a press release from the owner. He began his career working for the Papashon group of restaurants in Beverly Hills and Long Beach and then spent two years at Twin Palms in Pasadena as bar manager. In 2004, he moved to the Arroyo Chop House in Pasadena, where he served as General Manager for six years. In 2010, Patrick joined LGO Hospitality and served as general manager of Le Grand Orange in Pasadena before moving to Joachim Splichal’s downtown eatery Nick and Stef’s in downtown Los Angeles.
As for the new executive chef, prior to his association with Crossings, Sanchez spent 16 years at Parkway Grill in Pasadena. Under his direction, Crossings will offer a classic American menu including steaks, chops, seafood and fresh, locally grown ingredients complemented by the finest wines, craft beers and cocktails.
Crossings will be open for dinner seven days a week beginning at 5:30. For more information, please visit the restaurant's website by clicking here.
