Running is a family affair. Mom, Sangeeta Sahni, beside her son Sangmeet, was dishing up Punjabi cuisine at their farmer’s market booth when I visited a couple of Sundays ago, while patriarch Manmeet Sahni oversaw service inside the venerable restaurant.

Gangadin has been feeding Studio City for 28 years, recently celebrating a birthday at its Ventura Place location. The family is devoted to pleasing their customers. They now take into account special dietary needs and feature vegan and gluten free items on the menu.
