Three Temecula men were arrested this weekend, when sheriff's officials swept through the city checking on probationers and parolees.

According to sheriff's Sgt. Chris Gaskins, a total of 18 people were contacted in the Saturday operation.

"The goal of this operation focused attention upon individuals currently on probation and/or parole in the city of Temecula, and to ensure these individuals were complying with the terms of their release," Gaskins wrote in a statement.

These three people were found in violation of those terms, according to the sergeant:

CHARGES:  Felon in Possession of Ammunition / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Parole Violation
  • Dextric Noble, 23:
CHARGES:  Felon in Possession of Firearm & Ammunition / Child Endangerment / Possession of Stolen Property
Violation of Probation / Gang Enhancement
  • Derek Noble, 21:
CHARGES:  Felon in Possession of Firearm & Ammunition / Child Endangerment / Possession of Stolen Property / Violation of Probation / Gang Enhancement

Jail records showed all three men remained locked up in the Murrieta jail as of Thursday afternoon.
