Patch Will Host Debate in Race for 114th State Rep. Seat

Your local state representative election is about to get a little more visible.

On October 22, Patch will host a debate for candidates in the race for the Connecticut's 114th representative district, made up of voters in Orange, Woodbridge and Derby. Voters will have a chance to see State Representative Themis Klarides and Democratic challenger Aldon Hynes speak on the issues most important to residents. League of Women Voters representative Jean Rabinow will moderate the debate, held at the High Plains Community Center at 7 p.m.

Rep. Klarides is currently serving her seventh term as state representative for the 114th, and is the deputy leader for Connecticut Republicans.  Aldon Hynes, her challenger, is a social media manager and blogger from Woodbridge.

Got a question you'd like to see addressed at the debate? Ask in the comments, and you may hear your question asked at High Plains Community Center the night of the 22nd!
