Longtime Brookfield Employee Dies After Medical Emergency At Town Hall

BROOKFIELD, CT — Longtime Brookfield employee Anne Trenck, 75, died suddenly after a medical episode at town hall Monday.

Trenk, was transported to the hospital where she later passed away, according to the News-Times. She worked as an assistant tax collector and was remembered by town officials for her friendliness.

Trenck lived in Brookfield and is survived by her sons Jeffrey, Robert and several grandchildren.

Calling hours are Nov. 30 at Brookfield Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m., according to her obituary. The family requests that donations be made to Brookfield Food Bank.
