The Discovery Luncheon will feature guest speakers Ellie and Allan Crystal, residents at The Watermark who have lived at the community since October 2012. The couple is from Southbury, but spent the past few years living in Bluffton, South Carolina. They will discuss their decision to move to The Watermark and how they continue to maintain an active lifestyle in their new environment.
“Our Discovery Luncheon is unique in that it allows people who are considering the transition to retirement living to speak with people who are very familiar with that process,” said Michelle Bettigole, Executive Director at The Watermark at East Hill. “We hope that by providing their unique perspective, Ellie and Allan can help alleviate what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process for some people.”
Seminar attendees are invited to stay for lunch prepared by The Watermark’s chef, and can also arrange for a tour of the community.
The Discovery Luncheon is free of charge and open to the public, however reservations are required. For more information or to RSVP please contact The Watermark at East Hill at 203-262-6868.
