Amber Bierkan, Gail Sherry and Sandy Allen of the Arbor Garden Club of Clinton were recently presented with a "Civic Creativity" award from the Federated Garden Clubs of Ct. for the Clinton Landing project. The members thank the following people for helping turn a lonely, stoney plot into a bright, vibrant addition to the river walk area behind the Town Hall by generously donating lettering, paint, nautical items, planning and planting advice, labor and photography: Andrea Woliver, Enea & Cathie Bacci, Jared Eliot Middle School Symphonic Band, Jeff and Heather Cashman, Dick Pryor, Jand and Tom Welch, Clinton Paint, Harriet Juel, Andrew Tessman, Megan Stine, Ann Scanlon and Sally Heffernan.
