Danbury Police: Possession With Intent to Sell (Correction)

Danbury Police charged Sean Vines, 18, of Ta' Agan Point Road, Danbury, at about 12:15 a.m. Monday with possession of marijuana, less than four ounces, and two counts of possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school or housing project. Vines was also charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school or public housing project. He was held on a $2,500 bond on the above charges. In a separate case, Vines was charged with two counts of possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school or public housing project. He was charged with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. He was held on these charges on a $1,500 bond.

He faces two counts of 21a-278a(b), which the state defines as possession of a drug with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, housing project or day care center.

He faces two counts of 21a-279(d), which is possession within 1,500 feet of a school, housing project or day care center.

He also faces of count of 21a-279(c), possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.
