Two Juveniles Charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief in Danbury
Police said the two youths tried to break into Spirits 'N Such liquor store.

Danbury police nabbed two juveniles early Wednesday morning who were allegedly involved in a burglary.
Around 2:10 a.m., police responded to a burglary alarm activation at Spirits ’N Such at 72 South St.
As they were on the way to the liquor store, police saw two young males walking in the area. At the store, police found damage to the front window.

Officers went back to where the two juveniles were and detained them.
Store surveillance helped police determine that the two males they had detained were the ones who attempted to break into the store.

Both suspects were charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, first-degree conspiracy to commit burglary and first-degree criminal attempt to commit burglary.
