Competitors are provided with constant support and encouragement via weekly emails that provide a food and exercise plan, as well as a Facebook group for all participants. The winner of the second Lean Machine competition, Gillian Nelson would agree, explaining how her trainer Dylan provided simple at-home exercises participants could continue to use when the competition had ended. Nelson concluded “If you set your mind to it, you can do it. Its hard but it’s worth it.”
