East Haven Arrests for Sept. 19 to Sept. 25

Nicolas Barbaresi, 31, of First Avenue in West Haven, was charged Sept. 25 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 10. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Charles Gattert, 50, of Salem Road in Prospect, was charged Sept. 25 with risk of injury to a minor and first-degree sexual assault. A bond amount of $250,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26. Arresting officer: Benjamin P. DeCrosta.

William Edward McElveen, 59, of Fairmont Avenue in New Haven, was charged Sept. 25 with sixth-degree larceny, second-degree robbery and interfering with a police officer. A bond amount of $20,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Robin Evans, 18, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged Sept. 24 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 4. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Karen E. Perry, 43, of Golf Drive in East Haven, was arrested for illegally obtaining or supplying drugs, con drugs: prohibited act and third-degree forgery. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.

Brandon J. Smart, 28, listed as homeless, was charged Sept. 24 with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call and violation of a standing criminal restarting order. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Scott F. Carignan.

Dominic A Pagano, 40, of Huntington Avenue in New Haven, was charged Sept. 23 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and/or registration and simple trespass. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 4. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

David Gontarz, 18, of Hughes Street in East Haven, was charged Sept. 23 with third-degree criminal attempt at burglary. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 3. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Shan J. Thompson, 24, of Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven, was charged Sept. 23 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration and/or license and not meeting mandatory security requirements (insurance). No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24. Arresting officer: Gary DePalma.

Vincent Pascarella, 27, of North Main Street in Branford, was charged Sept. 23 with second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

James H. Condon, 52, of Clark Street in New Haven, was charged Sept. 22 with following too close, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3. Arresting officer: Justin Brochu.

Betty Sharonda Nicholson, 28, of Pearl Harbor Street in Bridgeport, was charged Sept. 21 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Randall Scott Motzer, 26, of George Street in East Haven, was charged Sept. 20 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 21. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Henry Otto Koelle, 31, of Grand Avenue in New Haven, was charged Sept. 19 with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Justin Brochu.
