East Haven Police Arrests for Nov. 7 to Nov. 13

Dwayne Brown, 39, of Noble Avenue in Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 13 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court. Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Aaron Powell, 21, of Maplevale Court in East Haven, was charged Nov. 13 with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer. Additionally, Power was separately charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault and two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment. He was also separately charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. A total bond amount of $1,080,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14. Arresting officers: Patrick Tracy for the first set of charges, Milton DeJesus for the second and Anthony Rybaruk for the third.

Patrick Brian Flynn, 44, of Red Hill Road in Branford, was charged Nov. 12 with conducting home improvements without a license and sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $200 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Joseph Carrano, 52, of Pleasant Avenue in East Haven, was charged Nov. 11 with failure to carry registration and/or proof of car insurance, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and driving in an improper lane. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman.

Jude Smith, 31, of Island View Terrace in Branford, was charged Nov. 11 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance or more than 4 ounces of marijuana and two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Nicholas Palladino.

Anthony M. Russo, 44, of Rhey Avenue in Wallingford, was charged Nov. 11 with second-degree breach of peace, possession of a sawed-off shotgun or silencer, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a handgun and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13. Arresting officer: Jeffrey Vailette.

Kevin Matthew Smith, 19, of Coe Avenue in East Haven, was charged Nov. 11 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: James W. Naccarato.

Tobius M Foster, 21, listed as homeless in East Haven, was charged Nov. 9 with sixth-degree larceny. A $500 bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Kenneth Carl Riley, 38, of Rodney Drive in West Haven, was charged Nov. 8 with sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Kevin Frank Marino, 18, of Silversands Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 7 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.
