Car Catches Fire On Interstate 95 In Fairfield
The vehicle was damaged, but no one was hurt, according to Fairfield firefighters.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A car was damaged but no one was hurt when Fairfield first responders were called to extinguish a vehicle fire over the weekend.
The incident occurred on northbound Interstate 95 near a rest stop, according to a Facebook post Sunday evening from Fairfield Fire Fighters Association IAFF 1426.
"Crews observed heavy fire upon arrival and quickly initiated fire attack to extinguish it," the post said. "There were no injuries reported."
