“I’m happy and proud to accept SEIU Healthcare 1199NE’s endorsement,” Coyner, a career firefighter for the Town of Greenwich, said. “As a union member myself, I recognize the value in organized labor and will be committed to protecting their interests once elected State Representative.”
Last month, Coyner received the endorsement of the Working Families Party and will be on both the Working Families Party and Democratic Party ballot lines come Nov. 4.
“The Working Families Party champions values that mirror mine: affordable higher education, a fair tax code to allow middle class upward mobility and equality,” Coyner said.
