FAIRFIELD, CT — A driver, who suffered an undisclosed "medical episode," crashed head-on into a parked mail delivery truck Tuesday in Fairfield, according to police.

The crash occurred on Stratfield Road, and while the two vehicles suffered damage, the driver was not injured, Lt. Michael Paris told Patch.

The mail carrier was not in the mail delivery truck at the time.
