An Introduction to Ayurveda with Dr. Marc Edwards
Ayurveda gives timeless and profound knowledge of how to optimize health and longevity. It explains our individual differences and how to harmonize with them to maintain balance, improve vitality, and resist disease through choices of diet and lifestyle. In this introductory session, Dr. Marc Edwards will present a comprehensive framework for understanding human physiology, individual differences, the causes of disease and what it means to be truly healthy.
This session is the first of three lectures on this subject. The second session, entitled, “We are What and How We Eat,” will take place on Tuesday, February 25, and the third, entitled, “Ideal Daily Routine and How to Manage Personal Change,” will take place on Tuesday, March 18. All events will start at 7:00 p.m. and are free and open to the public.
