Farmington Police Arrests Include Identity Theft, OUI

Police blotter from over the weekend

  • Mario, Varela Dones, 37, of Waterbury was arrested March 8 by Waterbury Police. He was served with a Farmington Police warrant that charged him with two counts of fifth-degree larceny and three counts of sixth-degree larceny.
  • Mohammad Sharif, 33, of Farmington was arrested March 8 and charged with second-degree breach of peace after a domestic disturbance at his residence.
  • Romeo Gomez, 26, of New Britain was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence and interfering with police on March 8.
  • Robert Pereslugoff, 55, of Avon was arrested March 7 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and driving without insurance.
  • Jakob Bardales, 24, of Bristol was arrested March 7 and charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld device.
  • Benjamin Nonken, 20, of Avon was arrested March 7 and charged with illegal use of a credit card, fifth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft.
  • Pedro Rodriguez, 25, of Hartford and Ada Leon, 49, of Hartford were arrested March 6 and charged with sixth-degree shoplifting after allegedly shoplifting from the Lord & Taylor at the Westfarms mall.
