3 Teens Face Pot Possession Charge

Three Greenwich 17-year-old boys ticketed by Greenwich Police on drug-related  charges after officers responded to a complaint about a car parked on Lake View Drive in the Riverside section of town.

Shortly after 11 p.m. Oct. 12, police found the teens inside the car which had a "strong odor ... associated with marijuana," according to a police report. One teen was issued a juvenile summons for possession of marijuana; a second with possession of drug paraphernalia, and the third, with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three were released on promises to appear Oct. 30 in the Juvenile Matters Division of state Superior Court in Stamford.
