Artist Exhibits Her 'Visage' Collection in Old Greenwich
Jeanne Steers' colorful, unique creations are on view for March and April.

Artist Jeanne Steers is exhibiting her Visage collection at the People’s United Bank in Old Greenwich, through April 28.
In her artist’s statement Steers says “Visage explores the common threads connecting humanity and portrays how life’s experiences change you throughout one’s existence.” Some of her paintings are representational, some abstract, some surreal.
A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, Steers is known for her dynamic and colorful paintings. Over the years her work on shaped board has evolved, the shaped canvas adding an additional dimension and element to the meaning of the piece. She lives in Roxbury, with her husband and two children where she owns Steers Studios, a design studio specializing in website design, graphic design, and illustration.
