Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Helps Their Greenwich Neighbors

Two of the real estate company's offices donated more than 300 bags of food to Neighbor to Neighbor's Thanksgiving holiday meal program.

The Greenwich and Old Greenwich offices of Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties joined forces with Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) to help 300 families in need in Greenwich for the Thanksgiving holiday.

In a statement, the firm said, “We heard that N2N was distributing 300 turkeys that were donated by a local market and thought we could help by providing the trimmings. In 10 days we filled more than 300 grocery bags. It was a collaborative effort and we were delighted to have helped such a worthy cause in our community.”

According to Eric Bjork, vice president and director of sales, “Neighbor to Neighbor plays a vital role in the Greenwich community and Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties is committed to supporting their mission. One of our essential core values is compassion and Neighbor to Neighbor exemplifies the power of compassion at work.”
