Missing Greenwich Woman Found Dead: Update
Police confirmed that the body belongs to a 49-year-old Greenwich resident.
GREENWICH, CT—A 49-year-old Greenwich woman who had been reported missing was found dead Saturday morning, according to police.
Around 7:30 a.m. police were notified by a couple that their adult daughter went missing sometime Friday afternoon.
Greenwich and Stamford Police responded and searched for the woman.

The woman's body was found around 10:30 a.m. by police a short distance from her Steep Hollow Lane residence, said Lt. Kraig Gray, police spokesman.
"The full circumstance regarding this unexpected, but non-suspicious death is being investigated by the Greenwich Police Department Detective Division," Gray said.

The victim's name is being withheld until extended family are notified.
