Crash Investigation Leads to Man's DWI Arrest
Police charged one driver after he was found to be unsteady on his feet.

The driver of a car involved in a motor vehicle accident on Oak Ridge Street is facing driving under the influence and unsafe backing charges.
According to a Greenwich Police Report, the driver was involved in a crash on Oak Ridge Street about 6:35 p.m. Veterans Day and when officers arrived they found the man “instead on his feet and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person.”
Arrested was Juan M. Cebanos, 29, of Queens, NY, after he failed field sobriety tests, according to the report.

Cebanos also was charged with driving without a license. He was released after posting a $250 bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 25 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
