Greenwich: Here's What Will Be on Your Ballot on Election Day

Greenwich voters will head to the polls this Tuesday, Nov. 4, for the 2014 midterm election. There is no election for the U.S. Senate this year in Connecticut.

Polling Information: Polls are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• District 1: Julian Curtiss School gymnasium, 180 E. Elm St.
• District 2: Town Hall, first floor meeting room, 101 Field Point Rd.
• District 3: Western Middle School, 1 Western Junior Hwy.
• Districts 4 and 4A: New Lebanon School gymnasium, 25 Mead Ave.
• Districts 5 and 5A: Riverside School gymnasium, 90 Hendrie Ave.
• Districts 6 and 6A: Old Greenwich School gymnasium, 285 Sound Beach Ave.
• Districts 7 and 7A: Greenwich High School, 10 Hillside Rd.
• District 8: Central Middle School gymnasium, 9 Indian Rock Ln.
• District 9: Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center, 449 Pemberwick Rd.
• Districts 10 and 10A: Glenville School, 33 Riversville Rd.
• Districts 11 and 11 A: North Street School gymnasium, 381 North St.
• District 12: North Mianus School gymnasium, 309 Palmer Hill Rd.

Governor and lieutenant governor:

The candidates are Republicans Thomas Foley and Heather Somers (also on the Independent Party ballot line), Democrats Dannel Malloy and Nancy Wyman (also on the Working Families Party ballot line), while Joe Visconti and Chester Frank Harris are the petitioning candidates. Ballot Question

Voters will also be asked, “Shall the Constitution of the State be amended to remove restrictions concerning absentee ballots and to permit a person to vote without appearing at a polling place on the day of an election?”.
