Greenwich Man Faces Probation Violation Charges

Arrest warrants were issued for the suspect who surrendered to Greenwich Police.

A Greenwich resident surrendered to Greenwich Police this week on violation of probation charges.

According to a police report, the man is facing two counts of violation of probation, both stemming from two separate arrests in 2013.

Wade P. Curley 23, of 6 Benders Dr., Greenwich, surrendered at police headquarters Dec. 10. One charge stems from his original arrest on burglary and larceny charges in connection with an incident on Seitz Lane in Cos Cob in July 2013, according to the police report. The second charge stems from a criminal trespass charge in connection with a criminal trespass incident on Benders Drive, also in July 2013, according to the report.

Curley was held lieu of $20,000 bond set on each violation of probation charge and is scheduled to appear Dec. 17 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
