Greenwich's Dorothy Hamill Ice Rink Opens for the Season

There are limited weekend skating sessions until season starts Oct. 13; skating school, hockey program registration is open.

The Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting registrations for the Town of Greenwich Skating School Program and the Youth Hockey Program.

You can find the registration form on the Town of Greenwich Parks and Recreation Department website; www.greenwichct.org, under Ice Skating Rink.

The Dorothy Hamill Skating Rink is offering limited public skating sessions on the following dates: Sept. 27, 28 and Oct. 4, 5, 11 and 12 from 2 to 4 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays only).

Beginning Oct. 13, the full public skating schedule begins.

All sessions are open to Greenwich residents and their guests. Proof of residency is required and guests must be accompanied by a Greenwich resident. Admission fees will apply.
