Joan Buschel Kreuter, 77; Former Town of Greenwich Employee

Joan Buschel Kreuter, a longtime resident of Riverside, passed away on Sept. 29, at her home. She was 77.

She was born in Port Chester, NY on Dec. 30, 1936, a daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth Buschel.

She graduated from Harrison High School, Class of 1954. She was employed by the Putnam Trust Co., Lord & Taylor and The Town of Greenwich over a period of years.

She is survived by her son Kirk (Karen); three grandsons: Max, Eric and Kyle; a sister Jeannie Page, and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years Clifford F. Kreuter.

Friends may call on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at The Castiglione Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave., Greenwich. Burial will be private.
