Too Loud and Clear: Radio Volume Leads to Roommate Fight

A Byram resident was arrested on several charges after Greenwich Police broke up a fight between the man and his roommate that began over the volume of a radio.

According to a police report, the suspect argued with his roommate, smashed a hole in the roommate's door and held a knife during the argument about 9:20 p.m. Feb. 10.

Agapito Lacno, 55, of 73 Byram Rd., Greenwich, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and threatening. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 18 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
