Luxury Gas Station Planned for Greenwich

Plans include a waterpark, salon, medical clinic and sleeping suites.

GREENWICH, CT — A super-luxury gas station and convenience store is being planned in Greenwich.

The Guess Corp. is launching GP Clubs, and Greenwich could be among the first in the country to get the station that comes with a waterpark, steakhouse and other amenities.
"We wanted to develop a new type of gas/convenience store under a country club format to cater to the ultra-rich consumers and we will accomplish this with our planned GP Club,"said Cutie Shrestha, Senior Executive Vice-President/Chief Development Officer for The Guess Corporation.

The concept for the building will be a four-story mansion.

The target market is those with a net worth of more than $50 million. Members must also pay a fee to join.

Guess Corp. plans 250 GP Clubs in the U.S. and internationally over the next 36 months. Members of one club will be able to visit all others.
