The incident occurred on Sept. 6 and detectives from the Greenwich Police Special Victims Section identified the suspect at the library on Sept. 18, according to a Greenwich Police report. Detectives obtained an arrest warrant on Oct. 17 and arrested Marcelo Furtado, 29, of 22 High St., Greenwich, on Oct. 20.
