Old Greenwich Resident Facing Burglary, Larceny, Credit Theft Charges

Greenwich Police say the suspect surrendered to police who obtained an arrest warrant.

An Old Greenwich woman is facing burglary, larceny and credit card theft charges stemming from the burglary of a home in northwest Greenwich.

According to a Greenwich Police report, the woman is accused of breaking into King Street on Sept. 18. Police obtained an arrest warrant charging her with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of credit card theft.

Ashleigh Kate Singer, 29, who gave an address of 51 Forest Ave., Old Greenwich, surrendered to police Oct. 3. She was released after posting $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Oct. 10 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
