Road Work in Greenwich = Lane Closures
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is performing highway work.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is now reporting that I-95 southbound is congested between Exits 6 and 3 (2.4 miles) because of road work between Exits 5 and 3 (1.3 miles). Road work will continue until 3 p.m. Wednesday. The left lane is closed.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is conducting more road work on I-95 in Greenwich Wednesday.
Plan on needing extra travel time as the DOT is doing the work on a 1.1 mile stretch of the northbound side of the highway between Exits 3 and 4 until 2:15 p.m. today.

The right lane is closed, according to an announcement released just before 9 a.m.
And on the southbound side of the highway, the right lane is closed in the 1.7 mile stretch between Exits 3 and 2 until 1 p.m.
