RSR Partners Appoints Michael Fahey as Principal in Firm's Financial Services and Legal and Regulatory Practices

GREENWICH, Conn. — RSR Partners, a leading board and executive search firm, announced today the appointment of Michael Fahey as principal in the firm’s Financial Services and Legal and Regulatory Practices. With more than 15 years international experience leading legal, M&A, and business development strategy and execution, Mr. Fahey will not only serve as a senior advisor to the firm’s financial services clients, but also strengthen its compliance capabilities.

Announcing Fahey’s appointment, RSR Partners Chief Executive Officer Barrett Stephens stated, “We are delighted to welcome Mike to our firm. Prior to joining RSR Partners, Mr. Fahey was a managing director with Avenue Pacific. Before that, he worked for 11 years in a variety of C-suite capacities for consumer and financial services company Affinion Group. He also worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Fahey earned his bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
