Santa and Friends Visit 'Christmas on Round Hill'

On Saturday, Dec. 6, Santa and special friends from the North Pole will visit 'Christmas on Round Hill' in Greenwich.

Bring your family and friends to the Round Hill Community House on Saturday, December 6, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for Christmas on Round Hill, an old fashioned Christmas fair. Fun for everyone, the day includes photos with Santa, visits with some of Santa’s special friends from the North Pole, rides on the Round Hill Express, crafts for children to make and take home and exceptional holiday shopping. Back by popular demand, Magician Stephen Christopher and his multi-talented animal friends, will entertain.

Be sure to bring your holiday shopping list, because you’re sure to find the perfect gift for even the most challenging person on your list. At the heart of the Fair is “The Treasure Trove,” a collection of treasures and collectibles. You may stumble on a picture, or a pillow, or piece of silver. At “Something Special” you will see beautiful work handcrafted by artisans at the Round Hill Studio. Fine decoupage plates, decorative lacquered boxes, wood wastebaskets, magazine racks, faux finished tables, mailboxes and hand-painted children’s furniture and holiday decor are just a few of the wonderful items available, and at very reasonable prices. “Fabulous Foods” is a bountiful collection of home baked holiday delicacies, including traditional plum puddings (while they last!). “Holiday Greens” offers beautiful poinsettias and plants to decorate your home. A variety of Vendors will be selling handmade jewelry, accessories, scarves, decorative pillows, children’s clothing, and more.

Admission is free on Saturday. Photos with Santa are available for a nominal fee. The Round Hill Community House is located at 397 Round Hill Road in Greenwich. For more information on Christmas on Round Hill, visit roundhillcommunitychurch.org or call 203/869-1091.
