'Super Noggin' It in Greenwich
Regardless of your age, there's a new 'brain-healthy' program being offered by the Greenwich Senior Center.

The Commission on Aging, in cooperation with the Greenwich Senior Center is focusing on Brain Health in 2015 and is introducing “Super Noggin” to the community.
‘Super Noggin’ is a comprehensive program offering a multi-faceted approach to learn and practice brain-healthy habits and track individual progress. ‘Super Noggin’ includes educational and motivational workshops; brain exercises to stimulate cognitive functions, a year’s worth of activities to encourage on-going participation, and tracking individual progress in making healthy lifestyle choices.
Components of the program promote cognitive challenges, physical exercise, good nutrition, social interaction, stress reduction and self-reflection. Through a series of small group educational workshops ‘Super Noggin’ educates about the lifestyle behaviors that contribute to brain health, builds in social interaction and mentally stimulating activities, and creates an environment where science meets fun.
