YMCA of Greenwich Offering FREE Demos of Exciting New Spin Class, Group Ride!

FREE Demos of New Spin Class at the YMCA of Greenwich

The YMCA of Greenwich is offering FREE demos of their brand new spin program! Group Ride is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! Participants will feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get the all the benefits of authentic interval training. This new class is a terrific workout for experienced riders as well as those new to cycling.

To kick off demo-week, the YMCA will be partnering with Green & Tonic to provide some nutritious and delicious post-ride snacks. Secure your spot and sign up at the front desk starting January 15.

Classes during demo-week are FREE and open to the entire community, plus there is a membership incentive for adults and families that join in January, including free massage and personal training!
