Thousands Lose Power In Hartford: Reports
The cause of the Wednesday morning outage has nothing to do with the weather hitting the state.

HARTFORD, CT — More than 9,000 Eversource Energy customers were without power in Hartford Wednesday morning and it has nothing to do with the rain/windstorm hitting the state today.
Rather, WFSB Channel 3 is reporting that an underground electrical fire on Elm Street in the city has shut off power to many customers in the city.
