State Police Identify Teen Found Dead on Stretch of Eastern Connecticut Highway

KILLINGLY, CT — A 15-year-old boy was found dead along a stretch of highway in eastern Connecticut late Wednesday night.

The teen was found at 10:57 p.m. on the southbound shoulder of Interstate-395 in Killingly between Exits 41 and 38, according to state police.

State police identified the boy as Gabriel Stapleton of Killingly.

State police said the chief medical examiner will determin how he died.
