Middletown Police report the following incidents:
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 7:40 a.m., Justin A. Wilson, 32, of Pearl Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT — At 10:55 p.m., Timothy Scott, 44, of no certain address was at First Baptist Church on Main Street, according to the report, and had punched a female victim in the mouth two times, causing her to bleed. The woman, who is Scott's former girlfriend of two years, police say, said Scott attacked her and cut her lip.
FIRST- AND SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 3 p.m., Ronald Coates, 34, of Main Street, Portland, was picked up on two outstanding warrants from Portland and Middletown Police after not being at his work, Gorilla Graphics on North Main Street. Coates was found at home in Portland with his brother, police say. One warrant was for a felony violation of a protective order.
Last August, police were called to Main and Washington streets by Margaret L. Easter, 41, of Miller Street who said her ex-boyfriend, Coates, had stolen her Play Station, according to the report, after leaving her home. Easter told officers he was walking over the Arrigoni Bridge into Portland, where he was found. The report says both were arrested.
IMPROPER USE PLATES, SUSPENDED LICENSE — At 3:25 a.m., Calvin Whidden, 27 of Silver Street was driving a Honda Accord on Silver Street without a license plate, only a temporary registration, according to the report.
INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, SUSPENDED LICENSE — At 10:17 p.m., Kelwood M. White, 38, of Rose Circle was driving a Mercedes SUV on Washington Street.
SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — At 4:18 p.m., Nicole K. Livingston, 35, of Newfield Street was at the Dollar General Store on Newfield Street and stole two large flat irons by hiding them under her shirt, according to police.
FOURTH-DEGREE LARCENY, SECOND-DEGREE FALSE STATEMENT — At 3:15 p.m., Shanna L. Michitsch, 28, of Traverse Square turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.
