Police say Turner grabbed her cigarettes and prevented her from leaving by grabbing her around the neck and arms, punching and slapping her several times. When the officer pointed out Gokcek was on the Route 9 south ramp, he said he was taking I-91, the report says. He has been arrested five times for license offenses and three fro failure to appear.
