Former Milford Motel Site to Become Storage Facility
The planning and zoning board approved applications that will make the project happen.

The site of a former Milford motel will be turned into a storage facility.
At its Dec. 15 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Board gave its approval to applications that will allow the parcels that the former Liberty Rock Motel occupied to become Lock Up Milford, according to an article in the Milford Mirror.
The vote was not unanimous, with Chairman Benjamin Gettinger voting against the proposal.

Liberty Rock Enterprises LLC is the owner of the properties that will be a 669-unit self-storage facility located at 417-421 Bridgeport Ave.
Developers said the facility will look like an office building and will use a brick facade, glass and landscaping.

Access to the units will be limited to certain hours.
