Frontier Communications Opens Retail Store in Milford

Stamford-based Frontier Communications has opened a retail destination at the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford, in an effort to reach more customers.

The New Haven Register reports that the 300-square-foot location in the mall is called the Frontier Experience, and it will allow customers to test the company’s new products and services.

The storefront is the company’s second such facility in Connecticut, following a similar shop in New London.

“Frontier has a strong community commitment,” company spokesperson Liz Grey Godbout told the Register. “It’s a new way for us to interact with consumers, to get closer to the public.”
