Fire burned for 15 hours Sunday afternoon into early Monday at the Waste Conversion Technologies facility on Old Gate Lane, the Connecticut Post reported.
In an email to Milford Patch, Fire Capt. Gregory Carman said “We still have a crew there standing by in case of a flare up while the company disposes of the burned debris. Old Gate Lane is open to traffic and there should be no further delays. The investigation is still being conducted by the Fire Marshal’s office and as of now is undetermined.”
