Milford Police Vehicle Catches On Fire: Fire Official
The vehicle was parked in a garage at police headquarters. Fire officials are investigating.

MILFORD, CT — Somehow a Milford police vehicle which was parked inside a garage at police headquarters caught on fire late Friday, a top fire official said.
Battalion Fire Chief Anthony Fabrizi said at 10:45 p.m. Milford firefighters responded to a reported vehicle fire inside of a garage at Milford Police headquarters.
Firefighters arrived on scene quickly and extinguished the blaze which was confined to the department owned vehicle, fire officials said. Fire crews ventilated the garage area in order to remove a moderate amount of smoke that was generated. The building did not incur any structural damage, Fabrizi said.

No injuries were reported. An investigation was conducted by the Milford Fire Marshal's Division and a cause has yet to be determined, Fabrizi added.
