Naugatuck Police Department Adds a New Officer
Officer Patrick O'Connor began his field training last week.

The Naugatuck Police Department is happy to welcome Officer Patrick O’Connor to the force, according to the Police Department’s Facebook page.
Officer O’Connor graduated the police academy on September 17 and has begun his field training.
Officer O’Connor grew up in a law enforcement family, as his dad has been a highly respected police officer in the town of Greenwich for over thirty years

Officer O’Connor is a graduate of Greenwich High school and Southern Connecticut State University. He was previously a waiter and bar tender.
Officer O’Connor was a rugby player and still has a love for the game, but retired after his senior year in college in 2012.
