Obituary: Constance M. (Stauffer) Froelick Dies at Age 74

NAUGATUCK — Ms. Constance M. “Connie” (Stauffer) Froelick, 74, of City Hill Street, Naugatuck, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, September 25 with her family at her side.

Ms. Froelick was born in Waterbury on July 30, 1937, a daughter of the late Arthur and Anna (Grickis) Stauffer. She was a life long Naugatuck resident. She leaves her son, Mark Froelick of Cromwell; her daughter, Traci Ann Froelick of Naugatuck; a sister, Rita Stauffer of Waterbury; and several nieces and nephews. Connie was owner and president of Congress Tools, Inc. in Naugatuck for the past 32 years.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, September 29 at 9:15 a.m. from the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck to St. Mary Church, 338 North Main St., Naugatuck for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Cross Street, Naugatuck. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 28 from 5-8 p.m. To send an on-line condolence, please visit www.naugatuckvalleymemorial.com.
